What types of commercial projects do you take on?

We focus on larger planned programmes and refurbishments. Hotels, schools, colleges, universities, student accommodation, offices, warehouses, distribution centres and large residential developments are all sectors we work in regularly. We do not generally take on minor maintenance or very small one-off commercial jobs.

What is your minimum project value?

We consider commercial enquiries from £5,000 and above, though our focus is on planned projects from £10,000 upwards. If you are not sure whether your project is a fit, get in touch and we will let you know quickly.

Can you provide RAMS, method statements and full H&S documentation?

Yes. Full risk assessments and method statements are standard on every commercial project. Our operatives are IPAF-trained for working at height and powered access work. We are Constructionline Gold accredited, which means our health and safety management has been independently verified.

Can you price from drawings or a specification?

Yes, we can price from drawings, a bill of quantities or a full specification. We also offer a free site survey if you would prefer us to assess the project in person before producing a quotation.

All work is completed to the agreed specification, and we stand behind the quality of our workmanship.

How quickly can you start, and can you work around our operations?

Lead times vary depending on our current programme, but we can often accommodate projects at relatively short notice. We have experience working in occupied buildings such as hotels, schools and offices, and we plan all work to minimise disruption to staff, clients and tenants. Out-of-hours and weekend working is available where the project requires it.

Where do you work?

We are based in Oxfordshire and work throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire. Our preference is Oxfordshire, but we will travel further for the right commercial contract.
